Registration (CampInTouch) Questions
Q: How do I register my child for Bancroft Summer Programs?
A: Bancroft Summer Programs has partnered with CampInTouch to provide a safe and secure online registration process. Please click our "Register Now" link to create an account and select your programs.
A: Your CampInTouch account is useful for completing necessary forms for your camper, making payments or updating financial information, purchasing photos of your child enjoying summer programs, or adding additional options to your child's experience.
Q: Where can I complete summer program health forms?
A: Health forms can be uploaded into our registration system. Please log on to your CampInTouch account to complete your Health Form, Photo Release Form, or Authorized Grown-Up Form.
Q: Can I add a bag lunch or field trip for my child?
A: Absolutely! Brown bag lunch options and registration for weekly field trips can be accessed through your CampInTouch account.
Q: Is there financial aid available?
A: At this time, we do not have financial aid available. We do offer an early-bird discount and a sibling discount for qualifying families.
Q: Do you provide lunch?
A: Bag lunches for the week are available to purchase as an Add-on Option at the time of registration for an additional $25/week. Nutritional snacks are provided daily free of charge.
Q: Do your programs fill?
A: Many of our Specialty Camps reach their maximum capacity. As each program fills, a waitlist will be started. Should a spot become available we will contact you to determine your interest. You will not be charged to be placed on a waitlist.
Q: What options are available for my older camper?
A: We recognize middle school students are looking for more independence and voice in their camp choices.
- Our Senior (5th-8th grade) campers are given the option to select a Senior Elective or swim instruction.
- Campers in the Senior group may opt to participate in a weekly afternoon field trip to local amusements for an additional $25.
- In collaboration with Liberty Hill Farm, horseback riding in the morning is also an additional option for students in 4th-8th grade for an additional $75.
Q: What is a Senior Elective?
A: Senior Elective is an optional 2-hour weekly course. 5th through 8th grade campers may choose to participate in swim instruction or the Senior Elective being offered. The 2-hour time block allows for in depth investigations and exploration in topics engaging to older students. Different choices are available each week.
Q: Where do Senior campers go for afternoon field trips?
A: Afternoon field trips are an additional option available to campers in the Senior group (5th-8th grade). Campers enjoy local amusements such as Breezy Acres Picnic Grounds and Waterslides, mini-golf, West End Creamery pillow jumping, and Ward Hill Summer Tubing. Cost of each field trip is $25.
Q: What does my child need to bring to camp?
A: Each camper should bring to camp:
- Closed-toed shoes
- Bathing suit
- Plastic bag for wet suits/towels
- Hair elastics to tie back long hair during swim lesson
- Lunch with drink (or, campers may purchase brown bag lunches for the week)
Pick-Up / Drop-off Questions
Q: Where do I drop off my camper in the morning?
A: As you enter the Bancroft School campus, head toward the right. Our staff will greet you near the Main Office and guide you to the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). Here you can check your camper in, place their lunch in our refrigerator, and hang up their backpack.
Q: Where do I pick up my camper at the end of the day?
A: At the end of the day our campers and staff meet on "The Green" by the playground behind the Main Office. You may sign out your camper with their counselor at 3:30 PM on The Green.
Q: Do you provide Extended Day services?
A: Yes. Both morning and afternoon Extended Day options are available.
- Morning care is available from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM for $15/day.
- Afternoon care is available from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM for $20/day.
- Late pick up fees apply after 5:30 PM.
