Visual Arts

US Art Exhibit 2018MS/LS Art Exhibit 2018

Visual arts and its model for creative problem-solving are key to success across disciplines in the 21st century. The physical manipulation of materials provides a crucial complement to the building of analytic skills. Visual art is a restorative and grounding outlet where hearts, hands, and minds can be integrated.

Across grade levels, Bancroft’s visual arts programs consistently focus on the whole-child, fostering hands-on skills, aesthetics and appreciation, autonomy, and creativity. Art students bring their own voices and passions into the studio and the lab as they master skills, and integrate those into exceptional visual work.
