By completing this form, I understand that I am registering a team in the Bancroft School Indoor Soccer League, played at 100 Shore Drive, Worcester, MA. As the coach, I understand that I am solely responsible for attaining accurate information about my players concerning proof of age, and for ensuring the team has a zero ($0) balance by the first game. I have read all information on the Coaches Corner of the League's webpage at   www.bancroftschool.org/indoorsoccer. I will also be responsible for attending the Coaches Meeting prior to the start of the season in order to review potential rule changes and/or scheduling concerns. By signing this registration form, I acknowledge that I understand all information pertaining to the League and that the information on this form is true. ​​

$100 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your team's spot. The $750 balance is due via check made out to 'Bancroft School' on the date of the first scheduled game.​​
