Tier 1: $3,500

Structured Study within the Library or other common space
Formal check-ins and consultative services with Academic Support Faculty
Reasonable accommodations provided by our classroom faculty

Tier 2: $7,000

Academic support with targeted, specialized instruction, based on the student's specific learning needs
Areas of specialized service include executive functioning, reading comprehension, and written language based upon a student’s documented learning profile, based upon current neuropsychological evaluation.
Teacher Consultation for academic classes as needed

Tier 3: $12,500

Intensive programming designed for students with diagnosed Language Based Learning Differences and other similar learning differences. Documented disability with current neuropsychological testing required for services.

Inclusion Support & Teacher Consultation for academic classes
Targeted, specialized instruction, based on the student's specific learning needs in the areas of executive functioning, reading comprehension, written language, study skills, and test-taking strategies, including direct speech & language services and Orton-Gillingham tutoring, as needed
Dedicated Tier 3 Faculty, who work in conjunction with the academic teaching team

Payment Methods

Blackbaud Tuition Management™ — Bancroft billing and payment administration is provided by Blackbaud Tuition Management™. You will have 24/7 access to your Blackbaud Tuition Management™ account online, including phone support, and the ability to make payments. You have the option to pay by check, electronic funds transfer, Internet, phone, debit card, or credit card. Enrollment Instructions for Blackbaud Tuition Management™

Enrollment Deposit — Your Bancroft School enrollment contract will link to a Blackbaud Tuition Management account (if you do not already have one). There, you will indicate which payment plan and method you wish to use. You will need to sign the Enrollment Agreement electronically through MyBancroft and complete it with a 10% deposit.

Other Fees — Your payment plan covers tuition only. There are other required and optional fees that are billed through Smart Tuition. Such fees must be paid on time to avoid late fees or restriction of credit privileges.

Tuition Insurance — Tuition costs include coverage under the Dewar's Tuition Refund Insurance Plan.

For residents of MetroWest and surrounding communities, Bancroft offers an optional fee-based bus service (rates are listed below) with central pickup and drop-off locations in Natick, Framingham, Westborough, and Marlborough.
