Performing Arts
In this complex society, exposure to the performing arts builds skills that our students will need in the future: creativity, independent problem solving, and the ability to deal effectively with groups of people. Our hope is that each student we teach will be better equipped to explore their creative potential, to investigate the social and historical world in which they live, and expand their critical abilities.

Visual Arts
We, the art faculty, see our mission within the school as the whole-child fostering of hands-on skills, aesthetics and appreciation, autonomy, and creativity. Our graduates, who take advantage of all or most of our program, should leave the school having achieved a strong visual literacy. We aim to inspire, encourage and challenge our students.
