After-School Music Lessons

With the beginning of the 2012-13 school year, it is time to enroll your son or daughter in after school instrumental lessons. The following is information regarding this year’s offerings and a form to initiate contact with a teacher.

Instrument Rentals
We ask that your child have outside access to an instrument (including piano students). Information about instrument rentals.

Billing Policy
All lessons are billed to students’ school accounts at the end of the month.  Students who use an accompanist for recitals may be billed $15 for these services.

Scheduling Policy
Five and six year olds receive priority for the 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. time slots. Returning students are then given next priority.

Supervision Policy
Parents are responsible for their child’s supervision before and after lessons. If a parent or guardian is not available, the After-School Care Program is available for a small fee.

Absence Policy
Policy is according to the instructor. Prior direct notification (within 24 hours of the lesson time) to the instructor regarding any absence is requested as a courtesy. Any lessons missed because of instructor absences will be rescheduled or refunded.

Sign-Up Details
Please complete the form below by August 15. If you have multiple children attending Bancroft, you will need to complete a form for each child.
