Community Login Tutorial

Welcome to the portal access to our website. The alumni, parent, PFA, and faculty portals are designed to bring you important and useful information about the school all in one place. Faculty and parents will also find direct access to iPASS/iPARENT (Bancroft's Student Information System). Please click on the Login button at the top of this (or any) page and sign in following the instructions below. Enjoy this feature of our website!

Returning Parents
If you have never signed in before, use the username and password which you received via e-mail around August 15th. Once you arrive at the Parent Portal, to access your student's schedule, grades, and comments, you will need to sign in again to iPARENT using the password you had last year. Once you are in iPARENT, you may want to change your password to match the one's you are using to access this Parent Portal. During this next school year (20112-12), we will work to try to streamline this process.

New Parents
Because of the sensitive information in iPARENT (our SIS) and the security involved, your login information was emailed to you on or about August 15, 2011.  If you did not receive, or have misplaced it, please call (508)-853-2640 x 611 to retrieve it. When you receive that information you will be able to enter it after clicking the Login button. Please browse the information we provide for parents on this Parent Portal. Access to iPARENT, where you'll find your student's schedule, grades, and comments, requires a second login using the same username and password.

To Change Your Parent Portal Password
After logging in, in the lower left-hand corner of the website window, you will see your name;
  • Click and hold down the cursor on your name
  • Slide the cursor up until the words "Change Password" are highlighted
  • Unclick your mouse
  • Enter your current password (your current user name)
  • Enter your new password in the two empty new password fields
  • Click the red Update button.


Faculty and Staff
You should login using the username and password you are currently assigned. If it is after August 1st of any given year, you'll need to contact the Tech Dept. to get your new password. Once you arrive at the Faculty/Staff Portal, it should be the same as last year. You'll need to remove students that were in your classes last year and add in your new student for this year. If class lists have not been provided, you can login into iPASS to find your student names.

Returning Students

You should login using the username and password you are currently assigned. Once you arrive at the Academic Portal, it should be the same as last year. Your teachers will populate you into each of your class, therefore, if you do not see one of your classes listed, please talk to your teacher.

New Students
Your username and password will be the same as your e-mail and Bancroft computer login username and password. Once you arrive at the Academic Portal, the classes and other groups to which belong will appear on the left. Your teachers will populate you into each of your classes, therefore, if you do not see one of your classes listed, please talk to your teacher.
