EASTERN INDEPENDENT LEAGUE

COACH OF THE YEAR Since 1990

The E.I.L. recognizes a coach of a league school as Coach of the Year in each league sport. This award is decided by votes taken by coaches of the sport at the post-season meeting. The coach of the year is based on the coach’s sportsmanship, program improvement, role modeling for players and coaches while understanding of the place athletics play in our member schools. There are few awards that are more important than to be recognized by your peers for the qualities listed. Bancroft has been very fortunate to have many coaches win this award. Bancroft has many highly knowledgeable, motivated coaches who are dedicated to working with our student/athletes to make this experience a positive one for all.
