The Brown Derbies
Founded in 1982, the Brown Derbies have a long tradition of on-campus performance, they also do national and international tours and in the past seven years have toured London, Paris, Cancun, L.A., Las Vegas, San Francisco, the east and mid-atlantic coasts, Texas, and Florida. The Brown Derbies have since become one of the most well-known collegiate a cappella groups in the country.
Connecticut College, MissConnduct
MissConnduct, founded in 2011, is Connecticut College’s newest all female a cappella group. As one of the three all female a cappella groups on campus, MissConnduct strives to sing a range of music genres that bring out each of our member’s individual voices and showcases our individual style as individuals and a group.
Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Simple Harmonic Motion
Simple Harmonic Motion (SHM) is an all-male a cappella group at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts. Founded over 20 years ago as a subset of the Men's Glee Club, we enjoy a tradition of strong harmonies and strong friendships.
Pitch Slapped, Berklee College of Music
Pitch Slapped is one of the world's premier co-ed a cappella groups. Representing the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, the group's repertoire spans a range of genres, from pop and r&b to rock.
Since its founding in 2006, Pitch Slapped has enjoyed a rapid rise to fame. Named one of the top five a cappella groups in the country by USA Today, the group has won two International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella competitions in 2011 and 2014. In 2010, the group appeared on NBC's The Sing Off and was featured on America's Got Talent in 2015.
